This recipe booklet was published by Sears, Roebuck & Co. as an add on to their Coldspot freezer line.  It is in good vintage condition with minor paper toning and slight separation of spine on upper cover only.

Profusely illustrated plus photographs throughout.  Included are recipes, charts and techniques as well as an abundance of information about freezing all kinds of food.
