Here we have a vintage, possibly antique Middle Eastern/Persian small urn bowl. It is made from bronze/brass. It would make a great planter. It has an animal design which you can just about make out.
It is in overall good strong used condition. There are signs of age/use related wear/marks/patination/dinks (see photos) but nothing that affects its use.
