This Winter Hat is in great condition with no rips, stains, or tears noted.  Please see pictures for full condition. The tag reads "BOYS 8-20, One size fits all". Please note carefully that the measurement of approximately 22" is around the inside circumference of the hat unstretched. Fits an adult woman too. Will be shipping in bag in a bag mailer.
