This is for an Original Antique print, of Mott's Mill near Withyham in Sussex; which is from a drawing by Donald Maxwell and a publication of views of Unknown Sussex in 1923; and this was published by John Lane The Bodley Head Limited of London and printed on cream paper by William Clowes and Sons Limited of London.  

 

The print is approximately 4.00 inches wide x 3.50 inches high or 10 cm wide x 9 cm high, excluding the border and the writing below the print.

The print is unmounted, with some ageing to the paper which you do get with old prints, with some slight folds to the paper, and what looks additional printing below the grass, and is guaranteed to be genuine and is over 100 years old.
