Here is a pre-owned old darkly tarnished medal showing Infant Jesus on the front with a prayer "O Infant Jesus Protect Us".  The back identifies the medal with the Archbishop's Committee on Christian Home & Family (Philadelphia).   It measures about 3/4 inches tall and shows some tarnish, dirt and wear on the metal finish.  Please see the pictures and ask any questions.
