Here is a pre-owned old award pin showing "SC" in a diamond shaped cartouche between wings.  The reverse is inscribed '38 F. McDowell.   The award is about 2 1/2 inches long.  The ribbon is blue and white.  There is wear on the ribbon and the pendant shows tarnish, dirt and wear.   Please see the pictures and ask any questions.
