Here is a pre-owned old Red Hill Savings & Loan Association advertising 4 foot long pocket tape measure.   The tape measure is cloth and retracts properly - although I did not extend it completely.  The pocket size case is about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.  It shows some light dirt and wear.  Please see the pictures and ask any questions.
