Important Note Regarding Color:

Please look closely at the photos. The original red treasury seal and serial numbers have shifted to a distinct yellowish/orange tone. This is NOT a North Africa silver certificate. This color alteration is due to historical environmental exposure, likely from long-term moisture or humidity over the decades (environmental damage/toning). The ink has reacted to the elements, creating a unique visual appearance.
