To my valued customers, from now on all my items are now being sent by FedEx from my work at the US Embassy Manila to Washington State.  Once it arrives in the USA, the items are dispersed thru the USPS (United States Post Office) to my customers.  If you would like items sent with tracking, please contact me before item is sent to arrange payment for the extra postage for this.  I send items by 1^st class letter mail and I do guarantee delivery.
