Description

Offered here is a super nice original work by Pascal Cucaro, circa 1960s or '70s.  Painting depicts Chinatown in San Francisco.  Painting is oil on masonite panel and measures 24 x 30 inches.  Painting is signed lower center.  Includes original frame with overall size of ~34 x 40 inches.

Painting is in excellent condition.

Pascal Cucaro (1915-2004)

Born in Youngstown, Ohio, Pascal Cucaro was known for his paintings of clowns as well as cityscapes and abstract subjects. Cucaro maintained a studio in North Beach (San Francisco), and lived in Sausalito, California. He studied at the Butler Art Institute, in Paris with Ferdinand Leger, and at the School of Fine Art in San Francisco.
