New Old Stock (NOS): Even if it’s "new" in the box, parts like belts or capacitors can age over time. We sell these based on their current state, not their original factory warranty.
Important Update (July 2025): Due to recent U.S. policy changes, import duties have increased significantly.
Shipping: We can no longer use Canada Post for international orders.
Fees: All import duties and fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please factor this into your order!
We want you to love your find. Unless the listing says "AS IS / NO RETURNS", here’s our policy:
30-Day Returns: If the item is DOA or not as described, message us first! We’ll negotiate a free return.
The Fine Print: Used tech can be unpredictable. While we test thoroughly, we can’t guarantee exactly how long a pre-owned component will last once it leaves our bench, but we are very amenable to negotiating - please chat with us before you open a ticket!
Buyer’s Remorse: If you simply changed your mind, return shipping is on you. Know what you are buying!
