Officially licensed by the National Football League (NFL). Each patch comes a COA and hologram attached, making them a true collector's item. These were sold directly from the NFL in dealer lots at the Fanatics Fan Fest last August (2024). 

I do not know of an online NFL hologram database to look these up by the NFL hologram number, but each patch has an official serial numbered hologram attached to the back.

From what I was told, all the pieces were going to be used in cards/other products, but were returned due to licensing issues/expiration. They had a lot of these for many years and just recently decided to make these patches and sell them.
