• I use the Goldmine Grading Guide to grade my records.  Each record is cleaned, inspected visually and a sample is play tested. Photographs are of the actual item for sale.  

• Item will be posted using strong cardboard stiffeners and envelope.  Overseas postage is usually via ebay's Global Shipping Programme.  My aim is to post as soon as possible after payment.

• If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact me straight away before leaving feedback or opening a case and I will work with you to resolve any issue to your satisfaction.  I have a no quibble returns policy and for UK buyers returns are free.
