Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity:

A. Cancellation Policy

Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 30 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Sascha Bleckmann, An den Spatzenäckern 1, 97922 Lauda-Königshofen or via eBay) by means of a clear statement (e.g. B. a letter sent by post, fax or email) informing you of your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the cancellation period.

Consequences of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same means of payment you used in the original transaction for this refund unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may refuse refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.
You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling not necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal:
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the delivery of sound or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.

General Notes
1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. If possible, please return the goods to us in the original packaging with all accessories and with all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure sufficient protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) If possible, please do not return the goods to us unfree.
3) Please note that the aforementioned numbers 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Note on the disposal of old batteries

The following notice is intended for those who use batteries or products with built-in batteries and no longer resell them in the form supplied to them (end users):

1. Free returns on used batteries

Batteries should not be disposed of with household waste. You are legally obliged to return old batteries so that proper disposal can be guaranteed. You can hand over used batteries to a local municipal collection point or shop. As distributors of batteries, we are also obliged to take back used batteries, whereby our obligation to take back is limited to used batteries of the type that we stock or have stocked as new batteries in our range. Old batteries of the aforementioned type can therefore either be returned to us with sufficient postage or handed them in directly to our shipping warehouse at the following address free of charge:

2. Meaning of battery symbols

Batteries are marked with a crossed-out trash can symbol (see below). This symbol indicates that batteries must not be disposed of with household waste. For batteries that contain more than 0.0005 percent by mass of mercury, more than 0.002 percent by mass of cadmium or more than 0.004 percent by mass of lead, the chemical name of the respective pollutant is located under the trash can symbol - "Cd" stands for cadmium, "Pb" stands for lead, and "Hg" for mercury."
