Vintage Empress West Germany Womens Hat Royal Blue Faux Fur Fuzzy Fedora

This color is electric! It is so bright and vibrant! The material is super soft and fuzzy. It’s shaped like a fedora. It has a cool blue tassel accent.

Very good condition. There were two pins on the inside that left some rust stains, see photos. Very minor.
