The BLUEROCK® WS700 is an extra-large industrial wire stripping machine designed for processing large copper and aluminum cables commonly found in utility, industrial, demolition, scrap, and recycling operations. Equipped with extra large 5-1/2" diameter dual cutting blades and a powerful 7.5KW three-phase motor, the WS700 can process cable up to 7 inches (180mm) in diameter while stripping at speeds up to 80 feet per minute.
Designed for professional recycling operations, the WS700 cuts both the top and bottom of cable jackets to help separate valuable copper and aluminum conductors from insulation materials. Adjustable cutting depth and feed mechanisms allow operators to process a wide range of large cable types, including thick, heavy and hard-insulated wire.
The WS700 is designed with adjustable feed controls to help operators set the machine for different cable sizes, insulation thicknesses, and cable profiles. The front and rear top handles allow for quick convenient control of both the feed roller and blade height.
As cable is fed into the machine, it first passes over the heavy-duty front support roller, which helps carry the weight of oversized cable and reduce drag. The front adjustable guide plates then help keep the cable aligned as it enters the cutting channel. From there, the powered feed rollers pull the material through the machine, applying strong feeding force and pressure for large, heavy cable from 1-1/4” up to 7” in diameter. The upper and lower cutting blades cut the insulation from both the top and bottom in a single pass before the processed cable exits out the rear of the machine.
For operator safety and convenience, the WS700 includes emergency stop switches on both the front and rear of the machine.

Prior to shipment, all purchasers must complete and sign the BLUEROCK® Commercial Purchaser Safety Acknowledgment and Operator Training Certification.
By signing this document, the purchaser confirms:
• The machine is being purchased for commercial or industrial use.
• Operators will be properly trained before use.
• The operating manual and safety instructions have been reviewed.
• All guards, shields, warning labels, and safety devices will remain installed and operational.
• Only qualified personnel will be permitted to operate the machine.
Orders cannot be released for shipment until the completed safety acknowledgment form has been received and approved.

this product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period
of 30 days from the date the customer purchases the item. ---This warranty
does not apply to damage due directly or indirectly, to misuse, abuse,
negligence or accidental, repairs or alterations outside our facilities, or
to lack of maintenance. We shall in no event be liable for death,
injuries to persons or property, or for incidental, contingent, special or
consequential damages arising from the use of our product. The
purchaser of this item acknowledges that TNTC shall in no way be responsible
or liable to purchaser or any other party for any use or misuse of this
item. The purchaser acknowledges that the purchaser has not and
does not rely on TNTC’s skill or judgment with regard to the selection of the
goods as fit or suitable for any particular purpose. --- To take
advantage of this warranty the purchaser must notify TNTC of intent to return
and the product or part must be returned to TNTC with transportation charges
prepaid. Proof of purchase date and an explanation of the
complaint must accompany the merchandise. If our inspection
verifies the defect, we will either repair or replace the product at our
election or we may elect to refund the purchase price if we cannot readily
and quickly provide you with a replacement.
Within this 30 day period the purchaser may also elect for a refund,
not including shipping costs. We will return repaired products at our
expense, but if we determine there is no defect, or the defect resulted from
causes not within the scope of our warranty, then you must bear the cost of
returning the product. If the item is not returned in “new”
condition with all packaging and accessories, it will have a minimum 15%
refurbishing fee- maximum refurbishing fee will be accessed upon inspection of
