Genuine. Has hardly been used, but it's a few years old so it has signs of being in storage for a while. I would say that it's still in good to excellent condition. The leather is nice and soft and the lining is clean. Gorgeous design.
I have pointed out in the photo that there is tiny nicks out of the edge of the strap on one side. It's not noticeable unless you look closely.
