This device is used for drying and heating processes under vacuum conditions at laboratories in enterprises, schools and scientific institutions. Heating and drying under vacuum condition shows the following advantages:

1. The vacuum drying oven must be effectively grounded to ensure safety.
2. When the vacuum drying box does not need to be connected for air extraction, the vacuum valve should be closed first, then the power supply of the vacuum pump should be turned off, and the vacuum pump air ballast valve should be opened at the same time, otherwise the pump oil will pour back into the box.
3. When removing the processed item, if it is flammable, it must wait for the temperature to cool below the ignition point before being released into the air to avoid combustion.
4. The vacuum box is not equipped with explosion-proof devices and explosive materials must not be placed for drying.
5. If conditions permit, a filter should be installed between the vacuum box and the vacuum pump to prevent humid gases from entering the vacuum pump.
6. There is a small hole on the top of the silicone oil gauge to ensure that the pointer points to 0. If it is inverted during transportation, there may be slight oil leakage, which is a normal situation. After drying, it can be used normally.
7. After the work is completed, be sure to take proper protective measures to prevent burns.

Returns & Exchanges
