ALL my Zippo lighters are 100% GENUINE - this means I do not sell fakes. This is impossible as I get mine direct from Zippo Manufacturing Company, because they are straight from source, this means I can be 100% certain of their authenticity!
Shipping/Postage Information:
Domestic UK shipping is £4.00 via FAST Tracked 24, which aims to deliver in under 48 hours barring the weekend, optional upgrade to SPECIAL for FASTER deliveries - £7.65
Packaging:
Zippo lighters are ALWAYS sent very nicely packaged in a brown tough cardboard box, for standard size Zippos, this package will be able to fit through your letterbox. Zippos are always sent NEW & containing NO FUEL.
Returns:
I do accept returns, if the item is not liked, no longer required, not as expected etc, please contact prior to starting the process to return. Returns are only accepted if the Zippo is in original condition and not used. The return address is on the label, you can use the box it was sent in also.
Missing item / Slow to arrive:
UK postage I use Tracked 24, this is usually within 2-3 days from purchase, except weekends.
INTERNATIONAL shipping is VIA GLOBAL SHIPPING PROGRAMME, this is usually 10-14 days, however please be aware that the item could be delayed in customs, or diverted for package inspection (checking no fuel contained etc) - so delays can happen.
Missing item - Sadly from time to time a package will go missing at various points in the transit process. DO NOT worry, items are fully insured against loss, if it is not your fault you will be refunded or offered a replacement.
Discounts - Price of my items:
I am not always the cheapest listed price on the internet, I try to be very competitive and good value for money & pride myself on service offered. Please bare in mind my various costs when I calculate my prices, some of these include - item cost price, import shipping cost /customs fees, postage price, packing materials used, ebay fees, UK taxes & loss cover. I use a spreadsheet which calculates an approximate £6 profit per item. That said, for multiple purchases of Zippos that could be sent in the same package, I could offer a small discount. Feel free to try asking. Please no stupid requests to knock £15 off a £45 Zippo, this would mean me selling it at a £9 loss.

Why the strange pricing? - Please support your LOCAL POST OFFICES - Use them or LOSE THEM
Some customers have asked me why my items are priced say £53.40? when you see an item ending with the 40pence, there is a reason for this. I support my LOCAL POST OFFICE. They work hard and are not adequately compensated by Royal Mail for their efforts.
Did you know that for every signed for or special delivery they process, they literally get LOW pennies for accepting, processing etc. Even worse, using bookable services cuts them out completely. For every item I sell, my local post office lets me avoid the ques and drop them off to them. I give them the 40pence for each package.
