Description

Plans for a easy to build FLOAT / BOAT. You can use it as a swimming raft, or a fishing boat. Light enough to pick up and carry. You can paddle it, or put a small outboard motor (3 hp or so) on it. This would be great for a large pond or small lake. Stable in calm and rough water alike.
