AMD RX 7900 XTX (Reference Model) – For Parts / Repair

Card powers on (fans spin, LEDs light up), but there is no video output from HDMI, DisplayPort, or USB-C.

Issue details:

     System boots normally with the card installed

     Card is detected in Windows Device Manager

     Shows Error Code 43

Troubleshooting done:
     Tested with multiple cables and monitors
     Tried different PCIe slots / system

     The card was previously repaired by a professional repair shop and worked perfectly for around 2 years afterward

     Exact repair details unknown
