Antique Essex Greaser or Oiler.  For Hit and Miss Steam engines.  Heavy brass.   The greaser is 2 3/4" across.  2 1/2" depth.  Fitting is approximately 3/4" OD.  Needs cleaning.  Has been stored for years.
