The serial number of your watch can be verified on the official Tissot website to confirm its authenticity. However, the watch cannot be registered for warranty with Tissot, as we are not affiliated with the brand. All of our watches are sourced from trusted B2B suppliers, and we provide our own seller’s warranty to match the manufacturer’s coverage.

For this reason, we are unable to sell at the full RRP and instead provide our own warranty that matches the manufacturer’s coverage—2 years in the case of Tissot.Our warranty covers the movement, dial, and hands only. Should your watch develop a fault with any of these components during the warranty period, you may return it to us. We will then inspect the watch and carry out a repair or replacement if required.
