Cover by Gil Kane, Frank Giacoia, and John Romita Sr. (alterations). Just when the Red Skull appears on the verge of defeat, he activates his sleeper agent: the Falcon! What? (Notes: The Red Skull appears next in Super-Villain Team-Up #10. This issue completes Steve Englehart's outstanding 3-year run as the writer of the Captain America 1st series -- highlighted by the Secret Empire storyline; the co-creations of Nomad and Nightshade; and the returns of the 1950s Captain America and Madame Hydra (as the new Viper). 36 pages.
