In vintage 1983 pre-owned condition. Untested, as I do not have a landline to test it with It looks to be in excellent condition though. All of the buttons work smoothly. From my Grandmother's Estate, she was born in 1923 and was an Elizabeth Arden sales consultant for over 40 years. She also acquired fragrances and makeup from other high end cosmetic counters.
