A really great find! Vintage late 1930's to very early 1940's hat. An evening snood, quite dressy. Made of fine imported black fur-felt (not wool) that is supple and so so soft. Cut out designs on the snood, which is hand sewn with glittering rhinestones and black French jet (glass) oblong cabachons. Matching rhinestone hatpin in front. Label is Millinery Creators Guild, Registered Model. Wonderful for evening wear t your next Swing Era dance or event.
