Chrome cards (Topps Chrome/Prizm/Optic/Mosaic/etc.) might have minor light surface scratches which is typical with these types of cards. Any major deep scratches will be stated if any are present.

All cards under $20 will be shipped Standard Envelope with tracking. (Thick cards that are over 3 oz but under $20 will be shipped with USPS Ground Service)
