Complete with 84 plates (many are double page) and plans as called for. Very good to fine. 

Half Morocco leather binding with gilt decoration. Some slight rubbing to the extremities. 
Binding nice and tight. Hinges and joints all fine. Nothing remotely loose.
Bookplate of Frederick Mills of Fying Hall (now a school) to the pastedown. Some spotting but localised to the ffep, otherwise the plates appear untouched. 

This is an exceptionally good copy.
