Product Description
Total Club Manager 2004 is the football management simulation that boasts more officially licensed leagues, teams and players than any other management game. Not only can you take your pick from the biggest and best that the football world has to offer - you can also watch your team play in full 3D, and influence the game from the sidelines with Manager Commands. In addition to the 3D game engine from FIFA Football 2004, Total Club Manager 2004 can be `fused' with its sister game, and thanks to the Football Fusion feature, you can take your finely-tuned team out onto the pitch in FIFA Football 2004 for PC. You can choose to manage or play your team for any fixture, giving you total control over your side, on and off the pitch. The pressures of modern football management are manifold, and EA make a good fist of portraying the ups and downs of this most unpredictable of careers. Your managerial responsibilities include buying and selling players in the most realistic transfer market to date; creating your own training sessions; disciplining players or granting them bonuses; dealing with national media and - very important this - keeping the fans satisfied. Gamers can choose the team they wish to take control of from more than 47 leagues and divisions from all over the world, including the best that England, Scotland, France, Germany and Spain have to offer. As usual, everything and everyone in Total Club Manager 2004 is the real thing, with life-like player attributes and authentic kits and crowd chants. Total Club Manager 2004 can also throw up occasional challenges. Missions are sometimes presented to gamers that mean new tasks. These missions include trying to save a club from relegation, or attempting to take a team from mid-table mediocrity to promotion within the last ten games of the season. Total Club Manager 2004 is the first time in a while that such a game has appeared for Xbox, and that alone should ensure a fair degree of success - at last, the gauntlet has been thrown down to Codemasters and their LMA Manager series.
