How to Use

• Take out the shaft and motor.
• Insert the shaft of the motor into the connected shaft.
• Tighten it according to the direction of the thread.
• knock the vibrating bar on the ground several times.

How to Maintain

• The brushes should be checked periodically and warm-out brushes should be replaced in time, after replacing, inspect, whether the new brushes can move freely in the brush holder, and keep running the motor for 15 minutes to match the contact of brushes and commentators.
• Keep the ventilation slots clear from dirt and clean off the accumulated dust and oil dirt periodically.
• During normal operation, if anything happens, the power supply should be cut off at once and the tool should be checked and repaired.
• Regularly inspect all mounting screws and ensure that they are properly tightened, should any of the screws be loosened. Tighten them immediately, failure to do so could result in personal injury.
• Do not stop the vibrator motor while the rod head is immersed as withdrawing will be difficult.
• Do not leave the vibrating rod head  operating in the air as it will be overheated. The road head   is only effectively cooled when it is immersed in the concrete.
• Hold the road head by the rubber sleeve that is wrapped around it in case excessive bending of the flexible tube occurs. Excess bend causes friction and makes the flexible tube more likely to  overheat. Therefore, always keep the flexible tube as straight as possible when operating.
