The Sd Kfz 250 was based on the Sd Kfz 10 built by Demag.

The Sd Kfz 250 was introduced in 1941 and were mainly allocated to Panzer Aufklarungs of Panzer and Panzergrenadier Divisions. The basic 250/1 was designed to allow the transport of the halbgruppe or half platoon allowing greater flexibility for reconnaissance units. It was armed with two MG34.

There were two versions described as alt (old) or neu (new). The neu version was simplified to speed up and reduce the cost of manufacturing as the war progressed. Mudguard layout and hull side stowage was the same as the Sd Kfz 251.

Whether for wargaming or just building for display this brand new kit is a beauty. Not to be missed.
