This is actually the B-Side and is an excellent midtempo dancer featuring a Hammond solo from Ray Charles. Written  by Ray Charles himself and Billy Preston. The A-Side itself is a bluesy ballad that was the theme to the classic movie starring Sidney Poitier as Virgil Tibbs and Rod Steiger. Both are low level recordings.    

This is the original Japanese Import release on the ABC-Paramount label.
