Pyrex Corning Ware Round Clear Glass Replacement Lid.  It is Ribbed in the Center.  It is marked from what I can read "23  Pyrex 616 A*".  The lid is 9" in total diameter.  The inside diameter where if fits onto the bowl is 8 1/4".  Very nice replacement lid.
