Usage Instructions:
(1). Remove the buckle from the stainless steel cable tie or thread the tie directly through the bundled items;
(2). Position the cable tie over the bundle, seal the opening with the tensioning block head, and apply pressure;
(3) Rock the knob horizontally to tighten the cable tie;
(4) Press the top of the cable tie against the machine's fastener to apply pressure to the tie's buckle;
(5) Hold the cutter handle with your right hand to sever the tie, then strike the fastener with a hammer to flatten the buckle over the tie head.
