If for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase PLEASE message us prior to taking negative actions. We will do our best to make it right. We can be reached at our shop 11-7pm EST 315-308-5940. The shop is closed on weekends and holidays.

The majority of the parts we sell are used. If you are someone who expects new parts at used prices, please do not purchase my items. Used parts may be dirty and/or have marks from normal use.

Domestic shipping rates are for 48 states. Hawaii, Alaska International and PR shipping in most cases costs additional. We ship out parts Monday-Friday with the exception of a few holidays. Please accommodate this into your expected delivery. Local pickup is welcomed.

Any items being returned with the exception of defective items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Electrical parts are tested prior to removing from the machine and verified to function properly. Troubleshooting electrical issues by swapping parts causes damage. We DO NOT accept returns on any electrical items.
