I am unsure of the metal. I did a google search for MOTIF LTD and found a company that makes high end custom jewelry since 1983. I am unsure if this is the same company that made this piece.

This item has not been cleaned and has signs of patina build up and blemishes from age. It could use a good cleaning if you want to shine it up, or just keep the vintage look. Quarter not included.
