Type 3 Denim Jacket. Tag, and the fact that there are no hand warmers, dates it to probable 70s. Some fading on the arms but no rips or stains. 

FLAW - size is too faded to read and fabric tag missing. Measures 42 across the chest, or a US Medium. Otherwise in excellent vintage condition. All measurements can be found in the photos.
