I’ve been shooting for a long time and tried different arrow squaring tools. The metal ones cost 2–4 times more and often scratch carbon shafts — nothing worse than ruining good arrows.

That’s why I made my own version out of PETG plastic on a 3D printer — lightweight, durable, and safe for carbon. Super easy to use: mount it on a bench, slip in a piece of 220-grit sandpaper, a few turns of the shaft — and the end is perfectly square. Just clean off the dust and you’re ready to glue in your nock or point.
