The book measures approx. 8 ½ by 5 ½ inches. The cover is good with some light wear, dusty from long storage. The spine end is good with some light wear and tracing marks The boards and corners are nice with some minor denting and wear. The hinges and binding are tight and strong. The pages are good with some toning, some sparse marks and notes, name on front page in pen with notes in pencil on both endpages, name stamp along outside edges, book is nice
