WARRANTY POLICY

LP7 Electronic’s & Hobbies, LLC provides no term warranty on this product. Please direct all warranty issues to the manufacturer’s technical support team. Please note, manufacturer warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, crash damage, modifications, or any damages arising as a result of improper use, storage or installation.

PAYMENT TERMS

Payment is due a maximum of 7 days after purchase. Buyer may submit multiple purchases within this timeframe and request a total invoice within one 7 day period.

SHIPPING TERMS

We ship worldwide! Upgrade to a faster service for a fraction of the normal cost and pay only 50% of the stated eBay shipping rate on each additional item with our combined shipping discount.

To receive combined shipping, please add all items to your cart before ordering. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email. We ship Monday through Friday. 

YES, WE COMBINE SHIPPING

Domestic Buyers:

To utilize COMBINED SHIPPING for orders within the US all you need to do is add the item's you wish to purchase to your cart and the cart will calculate shipping properly for your order.

International Buyers:

We use eBay Global Shipping for International orders. eBay sets the shipping fees and duty fees for international orders. Unfortunately eBay does not currently offer a combined shipping method for Global Shipping.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

  Make sure you are logged in to your eBay account for shipping to calculate properly.

  Although the option is there please DO NOT request a total as we will not be able to combine and send an invoice back to you.

  If you believe there was a problem with how shipping was calculated we welcome you to contact us.

  All orders are shipped within of receiving payment confirmation or earliest possible business day in the event of a Holiday.

  We offer several shipping methods for most items including UPS Ground, Fed Ex Ground, USPS First Class, Priority and Express available to you during checkout from your shopping cart.

Free shipping applies to orders shipped within the 48 Contiguous U.S. States.

We DO NOT declare lower value than actual order value, mark as g*ft or otherwise falsify customs documentation.

  Orders to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, USVI, APO, FPO or other US territories may require additional postage for shipment.

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt only if the item is sealed in original packaging. All returns must be initiated through the eBay returns portal found in your purchase history. A 20% restocking fee will apply for all returns not initiated through the eBay returns portal. 30 Day Return Policy on Brand New / Un-Opened Items Only (Full Refund minus Shipping & Handling)
