Item Condition & Description

Please expect normal wear consistent with second-hand or open box items, including but not limited to minor scrapes, scratches, scuffs, touch-ups, or small stains.

We make every effort to provide clear photos and accurate descriptions of any notable imperfections. However, due to the nature of second-hand or open box items,it is possible that a minor imperfection may be missed.

All items are sold AS-IS. What you see in the photos and/or video is exactly what you will receive—nothing more and nothing less. If an item or accessory is not shown in the listing photos or specifically mentioned in the description, it is not included in the sale.

Please review all photos, videos, and descriptions carefully before purchasing. We encourage you to zoom in and evaluate the item thoroughly.

We have no interest in hiding flaws and want you to be thrilled with your purchase. Your satisfaction matters to us.

Buyer Responsibility

It is the buyer’s responsibility to review the listing carefully and understand exactly what is being purchased before completing the transaction.

Payment Terms

• Accepted payment methods: PayPal or cash for local pickup
• Payment is required within 3 days of purchase
• If payment is not received within 3 days, the order may be canceled and the item relisted

Shipping Terms

• Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees listed in the eBay listing unless otherwise denoted (for instance, if Free Shipping is offered in the listing itself)
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable under any circumstances
• Calculated shipping is based on UPS, but we reserve the right to ship via FedEx, USPS, or another carrier at the same cost
• A valid phone number is required for shipping purposes and must be provided at checkout or via message

Freight Shipments

• Items requiring freight shipping will be clearly noted in the listing
• If the PayPal shipping address is not a commercial address with a loading dock, the item may be shipped to the nearest freight terminal for pickup
• Residential delivery may be available for an additional fee

International Buyers

• Buyer is responsible for all international shipping charges
• We reserve the right to accept or decline international PayPal or credit card payments

Packaging & Insurance

All items are packaged according to carrier guidelines. Freight shipments are securely strapped to a pallet and shrink-wrapped.

All shipments are insured. In the event of shipping damage, we will provide proof of insurance to assist with filing a claim. 

Returns

• Returns are not accepted unless explicitly stated in the listing
• If a return is accepted, it must be approved prior to shipment back to the seller
• Approved returns must be shipped within 14 days of delivery
• A 20% restocking fee applies
• Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs (original and return)
• Item must be returned in the same condition as received, with all original components and accessories
• Tracking and insurance are required for all return shipments
• Additional charges may apply if return terms are not followed
