-Basic Installation Steps
① Shut down the vehicle, open the hood, locate the left and right hood lock ajar switch positions.
② Remove the old switches and connecting wire harnesses, clean residual impurities at the installation interfaces.
③ Confirm the new switches (left & right) fit the installation positions, check the switches for no damage.
④ Install the left and right new switches to their corresponding positions respectively, plug in the connecting wire harnesses and fix.
⑤ Close and reopen the hood, test the switch induction function to confirm it works normally.
