This item is a WWF WWE Mattel Legends Elite Hall of Fame figure of former NWA WCW WWF WWE wrestling star Ricky The Dragon Steamboat.    He was produced in 2010 by Mattel as part of Legends series 1.  Figure is in good condition with only minor wear and scuffs.  He does not have any of his accessories.  Shipping outside of the United States will be extra.
