AMPLIFOAM Midsole

The midsole of the Gel-Venture 10 contains ASICS' AMPLIFOAM technology. The foam works with all 33 joints in the foot. This technology provides soft cushioning that helps keep you feeling healthy and happy. The AMPLIFOAM unit is engineered to maintain durability at softer densities, providing better flexibility, comfort and platform adaptability - ideal for natural running. Lightweight and resilient, AMPLIFOAM spares your joints as you footstrike on unforgiving surfaces. Further embedded within this platform is the rearfoot GEL cushioning system. This technology works to reduce shock during the impact phase, sparing your joints as you sprint down onto hard, uneven terrain and allowing for a peaceful transition to mid-stance. Completing the midsole is an eco-dyed OrthoLite sockliner that increases underfoot comfort and provides effective moisture management.

The sockliner is produced with the solution dyeing process that reduces water usage by approximately 33% and carbon emissions by approximately 45% compared to the conventional dyeing technology.

Trail Specific Outsole

Keeping you firmly in control on the trails, the rubber outsole is able to form a solid connection with a wide range of different surfaces. The rubber is also extremely durable and abrasion-resistant, which will protect itself over a long period of time, whilst maintaining its high level of performance. As well as this, re-engineered lugs in an advanced traction pattern offer better purchase on off-road surfaces. The aggressive, multi-directional lugs offer unprecedented traction for running up and down hills, so nothing can get in the way of you giving your ultimate performance.
