Severe weather or environmental disasters may slow shipping-
no matter if you live in the affected area or not. Holiday seasons may also
slow shipping. We ship every 1-2 business days. Time in transit is something
that unfortunately we cannot control. Please, please understand this.
We try our best to reuse packing materials and boxes. We
want your item to arrive to you safely while also trying to practice
sustainability.
If you choose to return, the item will need to be in the
same condition as it was when it was shipped (i.e. tags attached, unworn if
new, etc).
We are humans. We make mistakes. If there is an issue with your order please know it was not done intentionally.
