About using usb flash drives on different devices:

1. 256gb flash drive for Phone needs to download a APP "LUV-Share" to assist. The application interface is simple, beautiful and easy to understand.

2. If the usb flash drive is not recognized by the Phone after it is plugged, please try to plug it several times, or try to plug the front and back of the usb flash drive. If the usb flash drive still cannot be recognized, please try the following steps: Exit all apps in the background of the Phone＞Uninstall LUV-Share＞Turn off Phone for a minute and then turn it on＞Search ''LUV-Share'' in the App Store and download＞Try to plug the usb flash drive. ( It is like a computer system, and if left on for a long time, it can cause the system to crash or get stuck, making it hard to recognize usb sticks)

• Android (Android phones need to support the OTG function)

1. Most Android device can use flash drive directly when plugging, can find the flash drive on your device in : File Manager.

2. If Android phone can not find thumb drive and for use jump drive all functions much easier, we suggest to download APP “Dual Magic Flash” from GooglePlay or Internet.

Note: The displayed capacity may appear lower than 256GB/512GB because storage brands use 1GB = 1000MB, while computers read 1GB = 1024MB.

Please Note:

5. After using the photo stick, please ensure to disable any apps related to the Phone flash drive and gently unplug the USB flash drive. This will help prevent any damage to the files stored on the USB flash drive.
