This does not come with a neck. The pads look decent and have much more life left in them. The register key pad… Larger one below the smaller one… Has tape on it. I suspect that that one needs to be replaced. You can see this in the picture. The bell is in good condition, but it is missing the screw assembly for the positioning rod. Unfortunately, no rod is included with this.

I suppose this could be for parts for a different Bundy, or certainly you could remedy the aforementioned aspects and give this one more life.
