This is an Empty Wax Box.

 I am unsure of the different variations, but I believe them to be a Retail Blaster box. 

It is a small box measuring about 4x4x6 inches.

Any player mentioned appears on the box.

The box is in its original shape.  Great care was taken to open these without damaging the box.
