All sales are final. This item is mostly functional but has defects. The power cable has to be connected in a certain orientation to successfully charge. The laptop does function off cable when charged but the battery is probably pretty short. There is some pixel loss in a few places. Most notably there are dead pixels in the lower right of the screen. The G keycap is missing, the rubber does function to type G. Some drivers may need to be installed for devices such as the ethernet port. This does come with a functioning Wi-fi card on board.
