Diaphragm

The diaphragm is silent and service life is 200 hours.

Installation Notes

1.The cleaner needs to be connected to at least 3/4HP pump, it is mainly run by the suction of the pump, so when installing the various parts must ensure that the connection is tight, there can be no air leakage, otherwise the cleaner will not run normally, detailed installation steps should be carefully in the steps of the manual.

2.If suction is too large or small, need to adjust the regulating valve. If suction is too large or small, need to adjust the regulating valve.

3.If vacuum stop work when it reaches the surface of the pool, you need to adjsut regulating valve and adjust suction lower.

4.The diaphragm is the most important part of the cleaner parts, through the pulsation of the diaphragm to let the cleaner move in the pool, and let the garbage pass into the sand tank or filter inside, once the diaphragm is damaged or stuck, then it won't work.

If the vacuum doesn’t work, please check diaphragm especially of the diaphragm mouth inside see if there is a gap inside and check if any small rock stuck in the diaphragm.

5.Any damage to accessories within one year can be contacted to the seller for reissue

Steps for Checking the Diaphragm

STEP 1

If you see that the diaphragm is gapped, then the suction will be poor. Then press it inward.

STEP 2

Pull the other side of the blue tube that connects to the diaphragm up, in order to make the diaphragm close more tightly

STEP 3

While pushing the blue tube down ,tighten this nut.

STEP 4

If the diaphragm is closed as in the picture it is normal.

NOTE:

If the vacuum doesn’t work, pls follow these suggestion:

1. Please check diaphragm especially of the diaphragm mouth inside see if there is a gap inside and check if any small rock stuck in the diaphragm.

2. If suction is too large or small, need to adjust the regulating valve.

3. If vacuum stop work when it reaches the surface of the pool, you need to adjsut regulating valve and adjust suction lower.

4.The vacuum requires at least a 3/4hp swimming pool pump or 1600ghp to function properly. If the pipe disconnects when the pump is turned on, check that the pipe joints are fitted tightly, then check for blockages, and give the cleaner a good unclogging if there are any.

Problem: This vacuum does not move or has no suction

●Check your pump, this vacuum requires at least a 3/4hp swimming pool pump or 1600ghp to function properly. If the pump power is too high, the cleaner will suck the pool floor or other places, if the pump power is too low, suction is not enough, the cleaner will also can't work. If the pump power is as required, suction is still too large, you can adjust the regular valve (parts I).

●Check the diaphragm. Check diaphragm for damage. Or open the cleaner to see if the diaphragm is closed. The diaphragm should be closed when not in operation.

●When adjusting the regular valve(parts I), if the cleaner suction is large, you can open the regular valve to disperse the suction. If the suction of the cleaner is too small, you can close the regular valve and let the suction all pass through the water pipe.

●Be sure to fill the pipes with water. There must be water in the hoses and cleaners, and no air in it. If there is air inside the water pipe, it is also can't work.

Problem: This vacuum doesn't work.

First, the hose must be vented first and there must be no gas in the hose and you need make sure the hose in no leak and the pressure is normal.

●Check if the pump is ON and / or primed.

●Check Cleaner head for blockages.

●Clean and empty pump basket and empty skimmer/weir basket.

●Check the diaphragm. Check diaphragm for damage. Or open the cleaner to see if the diaphragm is closed. The diaphragm should be closed when not in operation.

●Ensure the filtration system is thoroughly cleaned. Clean sand/cartridge filters on your pool

pump as per manufacturers specifications.

●Inspect the regulator valve and flush away any debris build-up.

●Check the Mat for wear.

●Make sure the curved tips of the Mat are facing upwards.

●Ensure that the skimmer/weir vacuum lid is fitted correctly and check for cracks.

●Check the hose for blockage.

●Check the hose for leaks by lifting each section above water while pump is running.
